2. How to Track Your Order
Once your package is on its way, we will send an email with your unique tracking number and direct tracking link. You can check the shipping progress and delivery status at any time after your order ships.
3. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct and complete. If you believe you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us at hello@shopmilky.com within 12 hours of placing the order for address modification assistance. We are not responsible for undeliverable, lost, or returned packages caused by invalid or incorrect shipping information.
